Park Camping - House Rules

Logging in to the campsite for the purpose of staying or visiting assumes that our guests have familiarized themselves with the rules of our policy and recognize that its content is binding on them.

Our house rules are designed to ensure a smooth vacation for camping guests.

We ask our dear Guests that for the safety of Park Camping and the peace of others
observe the following rules:

1. Upon entering the Park Camping area, guests are required to sign in at the reception desk and hand over their documents to the employee at the reception desk for registration purposes and settle their bill on the day of arrival.
2. Registered campers receive a receipt for the paid accommodation fee, which they must keep during their stay and show to the person performing the internal inspection upon request.
3. If the vehicle's entry permit is lost, an additional fee of HUF 3,000 is payable.
4. In case of loss of the accommodation key, we charge an additional fee of HUF 5,000.
5. You can receive your own guests only with a notification and based on the current camping or beach price list!
6. Guests visiting the campsite may only park in the designated parking space, they may not use the parking spaces reserved for guests of the campsite.
7. The 25-meter area from the water's edge is a protected area, so guests arriving with a caravan, tent or car cannot stay in this section with their caravan, tent or car.
8. It is possible to book our stone and wooden accommodation from 15:00 to 19:00 on the day of arrival, other times can be arranged by telephone. Accommodations in stone and wooden houses must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure! We offer the option of possible luggage storage for a fee.
9. When occupying or leaving pitches and tent sites, please adjust them to the opening hours of the reception. Reception opening hours: from June 01 to August 30: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from August 30.
10. We are not responsible for valuables left on the campsite. There is a safe at the reception in the campsite, please leave your valuables there.
11. The guest is obliged to keep the accommodation and camping site in order and to leave it clean.
12. It is the duty of those staying at the campsite to protect the environment and vegetation. PVC cover film
    it cannot be spread under tents or awnings. It is strictly forbidden to drive nails into trees, cut branches, pour leftover food or polluting substances on grass, trees, bushes, and hedges. It is forbidden to fasten the ropes of (front) tents to trees and hedges. Digging ditches or pits is not allowed, even temporarily.
13. Only peaceful, non-intimidating animals can be brought to the campsite. All animals can only be led on a leash, to the playground, beach area, to common rooms cannot be imported. We only accept four-legged pets at the campsite for a daily fee. All owners are obliged to clean up the waste left by their pets immediately. If this does not happen, a surcharge of HUF 5,000 is mandatory in each case.
14. Washing, dishwashing, and equipment may only be done in the designated wet room.
    It is FORBIDDEN to wash, sprinkle or pour cleaning water on the entire campsite!
15. Fires can only be made in the camping area in the designated area, for the purpose of grilling, pot roasting, or frying bacon. The fire must be extinguished at the end of the program in any case!
    Building a campfire is subject to prior consultation!
16. Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas!
    The places designated for smoking are clearly marked with a sign in the camping area.
17. There is a first aid kit at the reception.
18. A medical service operates in the settlement of Gárdony/Székesfehérvár, you can get information about this at the reception. At the same time, there are colleagues at the reception desk who can help with any problems that may arise.
19. The use of individual heating devices is not allowed in the accommodations.
20. Please do not disturb the peace of other guests with unnecessary loudness, noise, obscene or indecent speech! Between 22.00 and 07.00, we ask you to keep quiet and stop the traffic of vehicles. (exception - prior consultation due to program event)
21. The Park Camping service is open from 0-24, if you have any questions or need help, please contact the receptionist.
22. We ask you to keep the exterior and interior spaces and restrooms of the Park Camping clean.
23. If you notice a fault with any equipment, please report it to the reception immediately
    we can start troubleshooting. Deliberate vandalism or theft of furnishings always results in on-the-spot compensation or a report.

    Tools taken away must be returned after use.
25. Children under the age of 18 are responsible for their parents, chaperones and group leaders.
    Please keep children under constant supervision!
26. In any case, the manager and staff of the Park Camping are entitled to monitor compliance with the policy and to call on the guests to comply with the policy.
27. The parent or teacher is also responsible for the children who are on vacation together with them.
28. Children can only use the water equipment (pedacycle, canoe, boat, kayak, SUP) under parental supervision.
29. People who cannot swim can only stay on water devices and vehicles with a life jacket!
30. In case of outdoor baking and cooking, we would like to ask you to return the kitchen equipment to the given point in its entirety.
31. It is FORBIDDEN to take Park Camping's equipment out of the campsite and rearrange the rooms!
32. The rules for going to the beach are contained in the Park Beach Rules, which also apply to Park Camping guests.
33. The rules for bathing in open waters are laid down in 46/2001. (XII.27.) is governed by a BM decree according to which "It is forbidden to bathe at night and in limited visibility conditions, unless the water surface is illuminated,
    and at most to the limit of deep water.”
34. Feeding swans and ducks and summer geese is strictly FORBIDDEN for health reasons!
35. Park Camping guests may only park their cars in the camping area if they have agreed with the Receptionist and paid the parking fee.
36. Motor vehicles in the camping area max. They can drive at a speed of 5 km/h.
37. In the camping area, the KRESZ rules apply, drunk driving is strictly prohibited, all such cases will result in a police report!
38. Please close the windows of the accommodation when you are not staying at the accommodation, because in the event of a possible storm or rain, the precipitation falling into the rooms will destroy the equipment.
39. Please protect the plants, bushes and branches in the campsite; do not break their shoots,
    do not trample the saplings, do not touch the bushes bordering the parking lot when parking! Please do not tie the clothesline to trees or hang them on branches!
    Do not cut skewers for frying bacon in the camping area!
40. Please do not litter!
41. Fishing is prohibited on designated beach areas. The authorized place for fishing within the camping area is designated by the campsite manager. You can ask for information about the designated place at the campsite reception. Depending on the occupancy of the campsite, the designated places may change! In any case, please keep an eye on whether you are fishing in the designated area! At the same time that the angler acquires the necessary permits and the ticket-pass, he acknowledges knowledge of the relevant rules, accepts them and acknowledges them as binding on him. For other issues not regulated here, ask Togazda for clarification.
42. We reserve the right to change the policy.

Dear Guests, please follow the house rules, so that all our guests feel comfortable and welcome to come back to us!

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that as of September 1, 2021, it is mandatory to scan the guest's identity document and address card during check-in at all accommodations in Hungary. Therefore, we are obliged to request these documents from each hotel guest (including the documents of infants), in the absence of which we unfortunately have to refuse the accommodation service!
